Pumping Capacity and Design

Capable of pumping large volumes of groundwater and surface water; features a semi-open impeller designed for free passage.

Structural Features

1. Materials

Pump casing made of cast iron (EN 1561 EN-GJL-200), ensuring robustness and durability.
Impeller made of ductile iron (EN 1563 EN-GJS-450-10), offering excellent strength and wear resistance.
Motor housing made of cast iron (EN 1561 EN-GJL-250; ASTM A48 35B).

2. Sealing and Protection

Features side discharge and a dual mechanical seal system: the primary shaft seal is made of SiC (Silicon Carbide), and the secondary seal is Ceramic-Carbon, effectively preventing leakage and protecting the motor.
Equipped with an integrated, fully sealed, three-phase submersible motor; IP68 protection rating ensures suitability for underwater operation.
Includes a bimetallic temperature sensor to prevent motor overheating and an electrode-based seal sensor to detect water ingress into the motor housing, ensuring operational safety.

3. Impeller and Efficiency

Utilizes a semi-open impeller with a maximum hydraulic efficiency of 58%, capable of handling liquids containing certain particulates.
Equipped with an oil-free moisture sensor to monitor liquid conditions.

Installation and Operational Features

1. Installation Methods

Supports flexible installation options, including portable setups or automatic coupling systems.

2. Environmental Adaptability

Ambient temperature range: 0–40°C; liquid temperature range: 0–40°C (rated for 20°C during operation); liquid density: 998.2 kg/m³.
Maximum operating pressure: 5.7 bar; maximum installation depth: 25 meters. 3. Discharge Connection
The discharge connection has a pressure rating of PN 10, facilitating connection to other piping systems.

Electrical Characteristics

1. Power Supply and Power

The power supply frequency is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage is 3 x 380–415 V (with a tolerance of +5/-5%); the unit operates on a three-phase power supply.

2. Starting and Efficiency

The starting method is Direct-On-Line (DOL), with a maximum of 30 starts per hour.
Efficiency varies according to load conditions.
The motor has 2 poles, and the rated operating speed is 2850 rpm.

3. Cable

Supplied with a 10-meter cable; the cable type is PNCT.
