High-Efficiency Impeller Technology

SuperVortex Free-Flow Impeller: Designed for wastewater containing fibers and solid particles; offers strong anti-clogging capabilities; suitable for municipal, commercial, and industrial wastewater (e.g., high-fiber applications like papermaking and food processing).
Large Free Passage Design: Free spherical passage of 50–150 mm (depending on model), capable of handling large debris particles.

Versatile Installation Methods

Auto-coupling System: Enables quick installation and maintenance; compatible with guide rail brackets for easy lifting and servicing.
Free-standing Submersible Installation: Equipped with a ring stand; suitable for environments with muddy or uneven basin floors.

Intelligent Monitoring System

WIO Water-in-Oil Sensor: Real-time monitoring of water content in the oil chamber (0–20%); triggers an alarm upon detecting abnormalities to prevent mechanical seal failure.
Thermal Protection: Integrated thermal switches/Pt1000 sensors; automatically cuts power at 150°C to prevent motor overheating.
Moisture Switch: Moisture protection at the motor base; automatically stops the pump upon contact with water.

Explosion-proof Certification

Certified to ATEX (KEMA08ATEX0125X) and IECEx standards; suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres (e.g., oil and chemical industries); protection class Ex db IIB T4/T3 Gb.
