The GRUNDFOS SEV series dry-type submersible sewage pump is a professional device designed specifically for domestic and municipal drainage.

I. Product Series and Power Configuration

Comprehensive Model Coverage

Basic Models: SE1.50 (≥2.2kW), SE1.80, SE1.100

Upgraded Models: SEV.65 (≥2.2kW), SEV.80, SEV.100

Compatible with three-phase power (3~50Hz), meeting the needs of different drainage scenarios.

Flexible power and rack matching

Power range: 1.1kW to 11kW, supporting two-pole (3000r/min) and four-pole (1500r/min) motors

Rack sizes are graded by power (B/C/D), for example, 2.2kW corresponds to rack B, and 11kW corresponds to rack D.

Multiple Explosion-proof Certifications

European Standards:

CE 0344 II 2 GD certification, EEx dc IIB T4/T3 (with inverter)

IP68 protection rating, maximum temperature tolerance 135°C (standard) / 200°C (inverter version)

Australian Standards:

Ex nA II T3 (IEC 79-15/AS 2380.9), suitable for Class 1 Zone 2 hazardous environments.

Safety Maintenance Standards

Unauthorized personnel are permitted to replace non-core components such as pump casings, impellers, and sealing rings.

Interference with the fire-resistant outer casing is prohibited; other maintenance must be performed by an authorized explosion-proof service station.

Impeller Technology

Optional channel impeller (SE series) or vortex impeller (SEV series), maximum particle diameter 80-100mm

Wear-resistant ring and sealing ring design reduce wear and extend service life. Dry-Type Motor Protection

Oil chamber lubrication system (Shell Ondina oil) isolates the pumped liquid from the motor and supports periodic oil changes (every 3,000 hours or annually).

Automatic thermal protection via thermal switch (circuit cutoff at 150°C).

Modular disassembly design

Specialized tools (e.g., stator guides, wear ring installation tools) provided to facilitate rapid maintenance.

Oil chamber screws marked with torque specifications (e.g., 12 ± 2 Nm for M8 screws); Thread-Eze lubricant used for assembly.

Fault self-diagnosis function

Nameplate displays 25 key parameters (flow rate, head, voltage, etc.) to support quick diagnostics.

Common issues such as impeller clogging or incorrect rotation direction can be identified by comparing flow and pressure readings.

VI. Safety and Environmental Compliance

Avoid extreme temperatures during transport and storage; contaminated pumps must be cleaned and the liquid composition declared prior to handling.

Electrical connections require a 4mm² grounding wire (yellow-green H07V2-K cable) to ensure ATEX directive compliance.
