GRUNDFOS SE/SL Series Submersible Wastewater Pumps (Municipal & Industrial): Designed for municipal networks,wastewater treatment plants,and industrial wastewater applications,these pumps feature SuperVortex and S-tube® impellers capable of handling wastewater with solids content up to 5%.Available in cast iron or stainless steel,they offer IP68 protection,support both dry and submerged installation,and cover a power range of 9–30 kW.

Grundfos SE/SL series submersible sewage pumps are heavy-duty pumps specifically designed for sewage and wastewater treatment.

I. Core Features

Multi-functional Hydraulic Systems

Three hydraulic platform options are available:

SuperVortex impeller: Free-flow design, suitable for liquids with high solids content (≤5%), impeller can be cut and adjusted.

Closed S-tube® impeller: Large flow diameter, smooth flow curve.

Open S-tube® impeller: High efficiency, wide allowable operating range (AOR), impeller can be cut.

Intelligent Adjustment System

SmartTrim impeller clearance adjustment: Clearance can be adjusted via external screws without disassembling the pump body, maintaining optimal efficiency.

SmartSeal automatic coupling gasket: Leak-proof design, optimizes system efficiency.

Dual Sealing Protection

Box-type mechanical seal (silicon carbide/silicon carbide + carbon/ceramic combination)

Factory pre-installation testing reduces the risk of installation errors.

Standard version: Cast iron pump housing/impeller

Stainless steel (Q type): Cast iron pump housing + stainless steel impeller

White cast iron (W type): Customized solution with enhanced wear resistance

Protection rating IP68, insulation class H (180℃)

Built-in sensor monitoring system (standard configuration includes thermal switch, humidity/leakage switch)

Supports EMC cable and inverter control (30-100% speed range)
