The DWK heavy-duty drainage pump features a maximum flow rate of 120 L/s and a maximum head of 160 m,making it suitable for construction sites,excavation areas,tunnels,and mines.Equipped with a ductile iron or high-chrome impeller,it offers durability,high efficiency,a compact design,and high-pressure performance.Easy to operate and designed for a liquid temperature range of 0 to 40°C,it is an ideal choice for general drainage and foundation pit dewatering.

1. Design and Application

Application Scope‌: Suitable for pumping sewage, surface water, groundwater, and water containing abrasive impurities; particularly ideal for mining areas, construction sites, and underground garages.
‌Installation‌: Can be installed as a standalone submersible unit or integrated into a multi-pump system.
‌Impeller Design‌: Features enclosed or semi-open impellers (semi-open for DWK.O; enclosed for DWK.E/DWK.H).

2. Materials and Construction

‌Wear-resistant Materials‌: Constructed from wear-resistant materials such as cast iron and high-chrome stainless steel to ensure long-term, reliable operation.
‌Shaft Sealing System‌:
DWK.O: Double mechanical seal (SiC-SiC) located in the oil chamber.
DWK.E/DWK.H: Triple sealing system (double mechanical seal plus an additional lip seal).
‌Cooling System‌: Heat dissipation is facilitated by a cooling jacket that maintains the water level around the motor.

3. Motor Characteristics
