Product Applications:
Type D horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are primarily used for water supply and drainage in factories, municipalities, and mines.
Type MD wear-resistant centrifugal pumps for coal mines are mainly used to transport neutral mine water and similar types of wastewater.
Type DF corrosion-resistant multistage centrifugal pumps are primarily used to transport moderately corrosive media in sectors such as metallurgy, mining, brine extraction, and the chemical industry; when flow-path components are made of materials like duplex stainless steel, they can also be used to transport seawater and highly corrosive media.
Scope of Application:
Nominal speed: 2980/1480 r/min
Transported media: Type D horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are used for clean water (free of solid particles) or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
Type MD wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pumps for coal mines are used for neutral mine water or similar wastewater with a solid particle content (by volume) of no more than 1.5% (particle size < 0.5 mm) and a temperature not exceeding 80°C.
Type DF corrosion-resistant multistage centrifugal pumps are primarily used for acidic or alkaline mine water or similar mildly corrosive chemical wastewater.
Liquid temperature: 0–80°C
Flow rate range: 3.75–1200 m³/h
Head range: 50–1550 m
Product Overview:
This product is a segmental multistage centrifugal pump featuring foot mounting, with the suction section, intermediate sections, and discharge section connected by tie bolts.
The D and MD series products comply with the GB/T 5657-2013 standard (Technical Specifications for Centrifugal Pumps – Class III); the MD series also complies with the MT/T 114-2005 standard (Wear-resistant Multistage Centrifugal Pumps for Coal Mines); the DF series complies with the GB/T 5656-2008 standard (Technical Specifications for Centrifugal Pumps – Class II). Strict control systems govern the design, production, and service processes to ensure high product quality.
