Product Overview:
The KQTP series hydraulic recovery turbine is a drive unit that converts pressure energy into kinetic energy by using a high-energy medium to drive turbine rotation, thereby recovering and utilizing surplus pressure energy within the system. These turbines feature hydraulic designs optimized for specific operating conditions; compared to conventional pumps running in reverse as turbines, they offer a wider high-efficiency range and higher power recovery capabilities.
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610 (11th Edition) standards; structural configurations comply with API 610 BB1–BB5 types.
● Hydraulic components analyzed via CFD, ensuring high efficiency, a broad high-efficiency operating range, and strong adaptability to various operating conditions.
● Specially designed blades suitable for gas-liquid two-phase flow.
● Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive media; ensures stable operation and high safety reliability.
● Materials for flow-path components can be selected based on API standards to meet specific operating requirements or customized according to user specifications.
● Integrated design allows for the combination of the turbine and the lean solution pump into a single unit.
● Integrated design optimizes multiple parameters for diverse media and complex operating conditions.
● Customized optimization based on specific on-site operating parameters; ideal for energy-saving and emission-reduction retrofitting projects.
