Product Overview:
The KZE series petrochemical process pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, radially split, centerline-supported, overhung centrifugal pump. This series utilizes an excellent hydraulic model design, offering high efficiency and superior cavitation performance.
1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610 specifications; complies with the API 610 OH2 pump configuration.
2. Axial force is balanced using a structure featuring balance holes and wear rings.
3. The impeller is securely fastened to the pump shaft using an impeller nut equipped with a wire thread insert.
4. The pump casing features a volute structure; for discharge sizes larger than DN80, a double-volute design is employed to better balance radial forces and ensure rotor rigidity.
5. The pump cover features a rigid design, offering high pressure-bearing capacity and reliability. It includes cooling/heating chambers, making it suitable for various media and operating conditions.
6. The pump casing, cover, and impeller are equipped with replaceable wear rings; clearances and hardness meet API 610 standards, ensuring a long service life and easy replacement.
7. The seal chamber dimensions comply with API 682 standards, allowing for the configuration of various mechanical seals, dry gas seals, and auxiliary systems.
8. Bearings utilize oil-ring-lubricated oil bath systems (oil mist lubrication is also optional); oil levels are regulated by constant-level oilers. Bearing housing cooling options include air cooling and water cooling (via jackets or cooling coils). 9. Features a safe and reliable labyrinth-type dust guard; bearing isolators and magnetic oil seals can also be configured to effectively prevent lubricant leakage and the ingress of external contaminants, thereby extending bearing service life.
10. Materials for flow-path components can be selected based on operating conditions—configured to API standards or chosen according to specific user requirements.
