Product Overview:

Overview of Direct-Connection Pressurized Water Supply Equipment
This is a pressurized water supply unit connected directly in series with the municipal water supply network. It utilizes the existing network pressure while ensuring user requirements for pressure, flow, and water quality are met, without compromising the minimum service head mandated by the water utility.
Leveraging years of mature technology and extensive experience in secondary pressurization and flow regulation, Kaiquan has developed the WFY IV—a new generation of high-end tank-type direct-connection (negative-pressure-free) water supply equipment. It excels in performance areas such as supply safety, operational reliability, hygiene and water conservation, energy efficiency, and intelligent monitoring.
Flow Stabilization and Compensation Technology
The primary advantages of direct-connection pressurized water supply are hygiene and energy efficiency; however, without effective technical measures, two issues arise: the impact of sudden flow changes during pump start/stop cycles on the pipeline network, and the problem of excessive suction over prolonged periods during peak demand. The fundamental solution lies in bidirectional buffering and peak-load regulation/compensation.
The features of Kaiquan’s WFY IV flow stabilization and compensation technology are as follows:
● Bidirectional buffering (prevents both negative pressure formation and overpressure-induced pipe bursts) with zero latency;
● Independent parallel compensation; achieves minute-level compensation capability without requiring the combination of an electric flow-limiting valve and a high-head main pump;
● Intelligent, controllable compensation; activates compensation exactly when needed, with easily adjustable compensation flow rates and durations;
● Safe and reliable compensation; the compensation device is far more reliable than a flow controller (electric flow-limiting valve), and the parallel configuration ensures that normal water supply continues even if the compensation facility malfunctions.
