Product Introduction:
XZS Stainless Steel End-Suction Centrifugal Pump
The XZS series is a stainless steel, single-stage, end-suction centrifugal pump manufactured using advanced processes such as stamping (deep drawing, expansion, and cold extrusion) and welding. It features high component interchangeability and is designed for low-flow, high-head applications. Key characteristics include an attractive appearance, lightweight structure, high efficiency and energy savings, durability, resistance to mild corrosion, and low noise operation.
Horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump with axial suction and radial discharge.
Inlet and outlet dimensions comply with GB/T 5662 and EN 733 standards.
All hydraulic components are fabricated from stainless steel sheet metal using stamping and welding techniques.
Applications:
Waterworks: filtration, transport, zonal distribution, and main pipeline boosting.
Process water systems and cleaning systems.
Boiler feed, condensate systems, cooling and air conditioning systems, and machine tool integration.
Distillation systems or separators; swimming pools.
Agricultural irrigation, petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Liquid Requirements:
This pump is suitable for transporting clean water or media with similar properties in industrial, building, water supply, swimming pool, and agricultural irrigation applications. It can also handle mildly corrosive liquids with a pH value between 4 and 10. The pumped medium must not cause significant corrosion or chemical reactions with the pump's wetted parts; it must be non-flammable, non-explosive, and free of fibers. A higher-power motor is required if the density or viscosity of the pumped medium exceeds that of clean water.
