Product Introduction:
ECH-F Horizontal Stainless Steel Multistage Centrifugal Pump
Compact structure, space-saving, safe, and reliable;
Commercial-grade, high-power performance;
Stainless steel impeller: corrosion-resistant, rust-resistant, and durable;
Stainless steel outlet: safe and hygienic;
Leakage protection; automatically compensates pressure to the set pipeline level when pressure drops to the startup threshold.
Applications:
Liquid transfer and circulation in light industry; domestic water supply boosting, solar/electric water heater pressurization, villa water supply, and centralized water supply for multi-unit buildings; also widely used in cooling and air conditioning systems.
The ECH-F series consists of horizontal stainless steel multistage pumps with a wide range of applications in domestic water supply, industry, and construction. Suitable for: HVAC systems; building water supply and pipeline pressurization; industrial equipment integration; cooling water transfer and circulation (chillers, coal-to-electric AC systems, air-source heat pumps, etc.); and water treatment system integration.
Pump Features:
1. The pumped medium must be low-viscosity, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-vaporizing, and free of solid particles (particle size ≤ 0.2 mm) or fibers; the medium must not chemically react with the pump materials. 2. If the density of the pumped medium exceeds that of clean water, a higher-power motor is required.
3. Liquid temperature range: 0°C to 60°C
4. Maximum ambient temperature: +40°C
5. Maximum installation altitude: Depends on factors such as the pump's NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head), medium temperature, installation site elevation, and inlet piping losses.
6. Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
7. Maximum inlet pressure: Limited by the maximum operating pressure.
8. Pump equipped with a totally enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel-cage motor.
9. Protection class: IPX4
10. Insulation class: F
11. Standard voltage: Single-phase 220–240 V/50 Hz; Three-phase 380–415 V/50 Hz
12. Single-phase motors feature built-in thermal overload protection; three-phase motors must be connected to a motor starter in accordance with local regulations.
