LPP Vertical In-line Pump

This series consists of vertical single-stage in-line centrifugal pumps;
Standard configuration: mechanical seal and standard motor;
"Top-pull-out" design: During routine maintenance, the pump head (motor bracket and impeller) can be removed for servicing without dismantling the pump body or the connected piping;
Hydraulic design optimized via CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation for superior hydraulic efficiency;
Impeller features a double-wear-ring balance structure, resulting in reduced axial force and extended bearing life;
Styling designed by a professional Italian team, incorporating state-of-the-art modular design concepts;
Unit surface treated with an electrophoretic coating process for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Applications:

Heating systems: Heating circulation, boiler mixing, temperature blending, intermittent heating, waste heat recovery, mixing circuits, domestic hot water circulation;
Air conditioning systems: Chilled and cooling water circulation;
Water supply systems: Filtration and transfer, pipeline boosting;
Industrial production: Rinsing and cleaning systems, boiler feed water, cooling water circulation, water treatment systems, equipment integration, and fire-fighting systems.

Pump Specifications:

1. Liquid temperature: 0°C to +90°C

2. Maximum ambient temperature: +40°C

3. Maximum altitude: 1000m

4. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar / 16 bar

5. Totally enclosed, air-cooled standard motor

6. Class F insulation, IP55 protection rating; ensures safer operation and lower noise levels. Available with motor power ratings ranging from 0.37 kW to 200 kW, allowing users to select the appropriate pump to meet specific system requirements.

7. Flanges comply with GB/T 17241.6, EN 1092-2, and ISO 7005-2 standards

8. Terminal box features cable entries on both sides for convenient multi-directional wiring

9. Stainless steel protective plates installed on both sides of the motor bracket shield the pump shaft, ensuring safer operation. ;

10. Equipped with a rapid air-venting device to prevent dry running caused by a loss of water in the water seal;

11. Pressure-sensing ports are provided on the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump casing to facilitate the monitoring of inlet and outlet pressures;

12. The impeller utilizes a double-ring balancing structure, resulting in reduced axial force and extended bearing service life;

13. Hydraulic design optimized via CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation analysis, ensuring high overall efficiency and energy savings;

14. Equipped with a high-efficiency motor featuring Class F insulation and an IP55 protection rating, ensuring safer operation and lower noise levels (Standard configuration: Grade 3 energy efficiency; Grade 2 optional);

15. Lifting lugs located on both sides of the motor facilitate lifting and transportation;

16. Raised motor mount design improves heat dissipation, allowing the pump to handle higher water temperatures;

17. Jacking holes provided at both ends facilitate quick and convenient disassembly of the pump casing and motor;

18. Top-pull-out design allows for maintenance without disconnecting the piping;

19. Patented special pump shaft structure ensures greater operational stability and quick disassembly; shaft made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel;

20. Extended mechanical seal design ensures superior operational stability and sealing performance;

21. Low-profile inlet/outlet pump casing design facilitates piping installation;

22. Detachable baseplate design offers enhanced load-bearing capacity and broader installation versatility.
