Type
Submersible sewage pump designed as a complete submersible unit, suitable for portable wet-well installation.
Hydraulics
The discharge outlet features a vertical threaded connection with a Storz coupling. An open-channel impeller is used.
Motor
For sizes up to 20: Self-cooling single-phase or three-phase AC motor. The self-cooling motor is oil-filled. For sizes 24 and above: Surface-cooled three-phase AC motor equipped with thermal motor monitoring and a surface cooling jacket.
Explosion-proof version (KS...): Equipped with a surface-cooled motor without a surface cooling jacket.
All models are capable of continuous operation in both submerged and non-submerged states, allowing for intermittent operation.
A seal chamber prevents fluid from entering the motor. The filling medium used is biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
For sizes up to 20, the power cable is detachable (10 m length). For sizes 24 and above, the power cable is permanently connected (20 m length). All connection cables are fitted with a plug. "S" models are additionally equipped with a float switch. "DMS" models are equipped with a control switch featuring integrated motor protection.
Seals
Sealing on both the fluid side and the motor side is achieved via two bi-directional mechanical seals.
