Type

Submersible pump suitable for vertical or horizontal installation.

Hydraulics

Multistage submersible pump featuring NEMA (6" and 8") or standard (10") connections and radial or mixed-flow impellers; sectional construction. Integrated non-return valve. All parts in contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant materials.

Motor

Rewindable three-phase AC motor with PE2/PA insulated windings and water-glycol fill; suitable for direct-on-line starting. Hydraulic connection via NEMA (6" and 8") or standard (10") interface. Motor shaft sealed with a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. Self-lubricating motor bearings. Thrust bearing equipped with tilting pads to absorb high axial thrust. Counter-thrust bearing absorbs negative axial thrust.

Cooling

Motor cooled by the pumped fluid. Motor must remain submerged during operation. Limits for maximum fluid temperature and minimum flow velocity must be observed. Vertical installation possible with or without cooling shroud. Horizontal installation requires the use of a cooling shroud.
