Magnetic Drive Sealing Technology

Power transmission is achieved via a permanent magnet coupling; a static sealing structure completely eliminates leakage risks, resolving the issues of seepage and leakage common in pumps with traditional mechanical seals. The inner and outer magnets utilize rare-earth permanent magnet materials that do not demagnetize under design operating conditions, ensuring a transmission efficiency exceeding 85%.

Corrosion-Resistant Engineering Plastic Construction

Wetted parts are constructed from engineering plastics such as reinforced polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), combined with materials like high-purity alumina ceramics and filled PTFE, enabling resistance to corrosion from strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. A specially processed containment shell effectively minimizes eddy current losses.
