The Jingjiang FP-Z polypropylene self-priming/centrifugal anti-corrosion pump is a versatile chemical process pump that combines self-priming and centrifugal capabilities, specifically designed for transporting corrosive media.

I. Materials and Corrosion Resistance

Integrated Molded Reinforced Polypropylene (CFR-PP)

The pump body, impeller, and other flow-through components are injection molded from high-quality polypropylene material, offering high mechanical strength and withstanding temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 80℃. It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts (e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide), making it suitable for industries including chemical processing, electroplating, and environmental protection.

II. Self-priming Function and Structural Design

High-efficiency self-priming mechanism

The pump chamber has a built-in suction chamber, a storage chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a return hole. After the initial filling, no repeated priming is required. The self-priming height can reach 4-5 meters, and suction can be resumed within 12 minutes of liquid interruption.

Scientific Flow Channel Design

Utilizing Danish technology to optimize the hydraulic model, the impeller and pump casing flow channels are smooth, reducing resistance and increasing efficiency by more than 15%.

Leak-proof structure

The WB2 mechanical seal requires no external cooling water and is equipped with a submersible valve to prevent backflow, achieving leak-free operation.

Flow rate range 4-100 m³/h, head 11-32 m, speed 2900 r/min, meeting the requirements of medium flow rate and high head.
