The Fushen YL series vertical motor is a three-phase, 380V asynchronous motor designed specifically for industrial applications. Manufactured using high-quality materials and advanced production techniques, it features a compact structure, stable operation, and ease of maintenance. This series is widely used in industrial equipment requiring vertical installation—such as water pumps, fans, compressors, and mining machinery—making it an ideal power source for medium-power mechanical equipment.

1. High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Design

Utilizes high-permeability silicon steel sheets and an optimized electromagnetic design; the weighted average efficiency exceeds that of the traditional J02 series by 0.413%, reaching international standards.

Features low-loss copper windings and a high power factor, effectively reducing line losses and ensuring an economical operating range.

Complies with the GB 30253-2013 energy efficiency standard.

2. Superior Operational Performance

High starting torque; locked-rotor torque is 33% higher than the average for traditional motors, with a minimum torque guaranteed to exceed 0.8 times the rated torque.

Smooth operation with minimal vibration; utilizes specialized motor bearings, resulting in noise levels 5–10 dB lower than traditional series.

Wide voltage adaptability (340V–420V), ensuring stable operation even amidst voltage fluctuations.

Excellent temperature rise control; temperature rise is limited to only 30–50K under rated load.

3. Robust and Durable Structural Design

The motor frame is fabricated from welded high-strength steel plate using a popular square or circular design, offering a lightweight yet rigid structure.

High-stability bearing assembly capable of withstanding significant axial forces, resolving stability and reliability issues common in vertical motors.

4. Flexible Configuration Options

Interchangeable protective covers and cooling units allow for the derivation of motors with various protection ratings.

Choice of rolling element bearings or sleeve bearings based on specific requirements.

Terminal box cable entry can be oriented upwards, downwards, to the left, or to the right, facilitating easy installation.

Supports variable frequency speed control: constant torque operation below rated frequency and constant power operation above rated frequency.

5. Safe and Reliable Protection

Windings utilize Class F insulation materials treated with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) for excellent insulation performance.

The main terminal box features a sealed design and a dedicated grounding terminal to ensure operational safety.

Strong overload capability; capable of withstanding 150% of the rated load for short durations.

Complies with national electrical safety standards and holds CCC certification.
