Versatile Transfer Capabilities
Suitable for transferring non-corrosive liquids—such as lubricating oil, diesel, and machine oil—with viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 cSt. It operates across a temperature range from ambient to 200°C (extendable to 300°C with special materials). It serves as a transfer/booster pump in oil delivery systems, enables pressurized injection in fuel systems, acts as a power source in hydraulic systems, and is widely used as a core component in industrial lubrication systems.
Stable High-Pressure Output
Features nitrided alloy gears and a floating bearing structure; operating pressure reaches up to 2.5 MPa. Output flow pulsation is lower than industry standards, and volumetric efficiency exceeds 85%. A specially designed oil relief/return groove reduces bearing load, extending continuous operation time to over 2,000 hours.

Wear-Resistant Core Components
Gears undergo nitriding heat treatment, achieving a surface hardness exceeding HRC60; paired with alloy bushings, they form a wear-resistant assembly that triples the service life compared to standard pumps. Pump casings are available in gray cast iron, stainless steel, or copper to meet requirements for handling corrosive media.
Intelligent Pressure Regulation System
Four floating bearing bushings automatically adjust the end-face clearance (to 0.02–0.05 mm) in response to pressure changes, keeping pressure fluctuations within ±0.05 MPa. Options include mechanical seals or explosion-proof motors to meet safety requirements for flammable or explosive environments.
Modular Sealing Design
Offers three shaft sealing options—lip seals, mechanical seals, and gland packing—all designed for quick replacement. Inlet and outlet ports utilize British Standard Pipe (BSP/G-series) threads, compatible with DN15–DN200 piping systems.
