The Sonnet 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is a high-performance industrial-grade vacuum device featuring a two-stage eccentric vane structure design.
I. Technical Performance Advantages
Two-stage vane structure: Utilizing a high-low vacuum chamber design, the gas is transferred to the second stage after the high-pressure stage exhaust valve is closed, achieving a high ultimate vacuum of 10^-3 Torr (approximately 1.3 × 10^-3 mbar).
High-efficiency air extraction system: The rotor drives the T-shaped vanes to rotate, and the periodic volume change achieves rapid air extraction, with the pumping speed being more than 30% higher than that of a single-stage pump.
Temperature control optimization: The pump body can be equipped with a cooling water circulation system (such as the 2X-30A/70A model) to effectively reduce the operating temperature and extend the continuous operation time.
II. Structural Design Features
Compact and Lightweight: The overall weight is 15% lighter than similar products, and it adopts a V-belt drive system, resulting in low operating vibration;
Dual Protection Design: The air inlet is equipped with a filter to intercept particulate matter, and the exhaust port is equipped with an oil baffle to prevent oil mist pollution;
Intelligent Maintenance Structure: The unique dustproof device can completely prevent debris from entering the pump chamber, and the composite screw design facilitates quick unclogging of oil holes and drainage of steam.
III. Application Areas
Industrial Manufacturing: Suitable for vacuum smelting, welding, casting, and the production of electro-vacuum devices; can be combined with Roots pumps to form high-vacuum units.
Scientific and Medical Applications: Used in clean environments such as pharmaceutical drying, laboratory equipment, and medical instrument suction.
Special Processes: Models with gas ballast valves can handle gases containing appropriate amounts of condensable gases (such as humid air), but corrosive/explosive media must be avoided.
IV. Precautions for Use
Environmental Requirements: The operating environment temperature must be ≥5℃ and the humidity ≤90%. The long-term operating inlet pressure should be <1.3×10^3Pa;
Media Restrictions: It is strictly forbidden to pump gases with excessive oxygen content, dust, strong corrosiveness, or gases that react with pump oil;
Maintenance Tips: Regularly check the oil level through the sight glass. The gas mixing ratio can be adjusted by the air mixing valve. Thanks to its high reliability, this product is widely used across more than 20 industries—including semiconductors and food packaging—making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized vacuum systems.
