Product Overview

The Grundfos TPE2000 and TPE3 series are high-efficiency, single-stage, variable-speed vertical in-line pumps designed for circulation systems requiring precise pressure control. Both models feature variable-speed technology and built-in differential pressure sensors, enabling intelligent flow and pressure regulation.

Flow range: Max. 120 m³/h (TPE2/TPE3), max. 1100 m³/h (TPE2000 series)
Head range: Max. 25 m (TPE2/TPE3), max. 92 m (TPE2000 series)
Liquid temperature: -25 to +120°C (up to 140°C for short periods)
Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar
Motor power: 0.12–22 kW (TPE2/TPE3), 0.12–55 kW (TPE2000 series)

Core Features

1. Built-in differential pressure control

TPE2000 series: Factory-installed differential pressure sensor; default setting is "proportional pressure" control mode.
TPE3 series: Equipped with built-in differential pressure and temperature sensors; factory setting is "AUTOADAPT" control mode.
Automatically adjusts pump speed based on system flow to maintain optimal pressure.

2. Intelligent control modes

Proportional pressure control: Head varies proportionally with flow; suitable for systems with significant pressure loss in distribution piping.
Constant differential pressure control: Maintains constant system differential pressure, independent of flow rate.
AUTOADAPT (TPE3 only): Automatically adapts to system characteristics and continuously optimizes pump performance.
FLOWADAPT (TPE3 only): Combines AUTOADAPT with flow limitation functionality.
Constant temperature control: Maintains constant liquid temperature.
Constant liquid level control: Maintains constant tank water level.

3. High-efficiency, energy-saving design

Equipped with Grundfos MGE permanent-magnet motors; energy efficiency meets IEC 60034-30-2 IE5 standards.
30–55 kW models feature motors with efficiency equivalent to IE3, IE4, or IE5 standards.
Speed ​​control function allows operation within a 25–100% speed range (up to 110% for some models).
